Our company formation service
Cost- € 850 plus VAT
Our service includes the following:

Drawing up the Articles of Association (Statuts) and other documents to be presented.

Publishing the company formation notice in a legal journal (journal d'annonces légales), and payment of the related fees.

Sending the final documents to the local administrations. (Centre de Formalités des Entreprises and Greffe du Tribunal).

Registration charges at the local Business Registry (Greffe du Tribunal).
The client will incur no further costs in order to form the company. The client's obligations are as follows.

Establish a domicile for their company in France. This applies to clients who do not have an address in France to use as a registered office. We can recommend a low cost basic domiciliation service based in Paris.

Open a company account with a French bank. We can write to the clients bank on their behalf in order to assist the process.
Time taken for completion of the company formation process
On receipt of the final signed documents from the client, confirmation of the Tax Code (SIRET) and constitution (KBis) will take 7-10 days approx.
Payment terms

€ 250 payment on account on commencement.
